Narcissistic Abuse Therapy
COUNSELLING IN EXETER, DEVON AND ONLINE
I work with adults (18+) seeking individual counselling in the UK with online support via Zoom. As a BACP registered therapist, I provide integrative counselling that draws on a range of approaches which allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, whether you're looking for short-term support through a specific challenge or longer-term exploration in recovery from narcissistic abuse.

Counselling is like having a compassionate companion as you explore the vast ocean of your inner world. It's a collaborative relationship where you're invited to speak openly about whatever's troubling you, without judgement or pressure. Together, we create a confidential space where you can explore your experiences, feelings, and patterns whilst healing from narcissistic abuse.
Many people who endure narcissistic abuse are isolated and not believed. Perpetrators often do a great job of wearing a mask in public presenting a charismatic and confident image, but then targeting people for abuse often behind closed doors. As a therapist trained in narcissistic abuse recovery, I can work collaboratively and compassionately with you.
Unlike talking with friends or family, counselling offers professional support focused entirely on you and your needs. Sometimes it involves working through difficult emotions, other times it's about discovering strengths and resources that have been buried and forgotten. The process isn't always comfortable, but it opens up possibilities for genuine transformation and growth that might otherwise remain unexplored.
Counselling can support you as you navigate relationships characterised by narcissistic abuse, from everyday stresses to profound life changes and more deep rooted patterns. If you're recovering from narcissistic abuse or antagonistic relational stress, I provide a space where your experiences are believed and validated, helping you rebuild your sense of self and reconnecting with what’s important to you.
Many clients come to narcissistic abuse counselling for help with anxiety, depression, rumination, grief, relationship difficulties, work stress, or life transitions. Others seek support with low self-esteem or questioning their identity.
If you've been in a relationship where you felt confused, belittled, or like you were constantly walking on eggshells, you might have experienced narcissistic abuse. It can leave you questioning your reality and worth. I understand. Together, we can help you rediscover your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and explore a more meaning-driven life.
